Please use this form to update your member information and/or status. It is very important to keep your member information up to date so your monthly bill is sent to the right address and you are informed about Club events and changes.

If you need your medical, flight review, certificate, rating or Club proficiency check information updated, please show your updated documentation to an authorized instructor or board member.

Change my membership status to:  
If you do not plan on flying for a three month period or more, changing your membership status to Inactive will reduce your monthly dues to $10 per month. Once you're ready to fly again change your status back to Active. See Section 6 in the Club Bylaws for details.

Quitting the Club:
If you wish to quit the Club please type "Terminate my membership" in the Notes section below. Your withdrawal of membership will become effective on the last day of the month. Your security deposit, reduced by the amount owed the club, will be mailed to you during the next billing cycle.
